As a small business, cancellation of confirmed orders really impacts our supply chain, however we understand that sometimes things are out of your control. In valid cases, we will issue a refund but delivery charges may still apply if the product was already delivered. There will be a charge of AED 15 within Dubai and AED 25 for other Emirates on any requests for returns unless damaged or  mistakes made by our Hayawiian genies ( who are also humans😊).

Please note that all cash on delivery(COD) and cards refunds will be added/adjusted on your wallet in hayawiia.com account

We are operated by humans and not robots (not yet ☺) and unfortunately mistakes can happen as much as we do our best to avoid it. We will happily accept any return requests via weare@hayawiia.com and you are even welcome to drop by our warehouse in Al Quoz if the product delivered was defective, damaged or an incorrect item. As per DHA rules and adhering to Dubai Municipality regulations, we cannot accept open packets of food items or after expiry.

As every delivery cost us money, that we would rather use to give you a better experience. Please note that all cash on delivery(COD) refunds will be added/adjusted on your wallet in hayawiia.com.

NOTE : Any claim for Refund needs to be registered within no more than 24 hours of delivery.
